This article by Melissa Clark caught my eye. She roasts a chicken over bread which just sounds ingenious. I haven’t tried it yet but I like the idea of it. I have often made roast chicken and croutons serving the chicken over the croutons.
I’ve noticed that a lot of the time when I am enjoying an article in the NY Times Dining section it’s by Melissa Clark. She’s written some great articles. Definitely worth checking out.
