I made dinner in literally 6 or 7 minutes the other night. I picked up frozen vegetables and chicken potstickers from Trader Joe’s and made a quick Asian-inspired meal.
I thawed the vegetables in some luke-warm water while I heated a little oil in a non-stick pan. I drained the vegetables ans stir fried them with some leftover rice. I threw some soy sauce onto it all with a little Chinese 5 Spice.
While the stir fry was going, I microwaved the potstickers after covering them with damp paper towel per the package instructions.
The potstickers were good-not restaurant quality but still tasty with little effort. The sitr fry was pretty delicious, too.
