I love pasta and particularly cheese ravioli. Trader Joe’s had a blue cheese ravioli that just called my name when I ran in for something else. I brought it home and made it for dinner.
I quickly made the ravioli according to directions (cook in boiling water for a few minutes) and tossed it with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan shavings when Pat was running late.
I intended to save half for him but it was so good that I ate it all. Luckily, he grabbed a sandwich on the way home.
