Who doesn’t love steak and blue cheese? Well, Pat actually. I decided to make this steak with blue cheese sauce despite Pat hating blue cheese. (I didn’t realize this once and made roasted cauliflower with parmesean, and blue cheese-he took a big bite and almost spit it out.)
The steaks were super quick- I like to sear them on both sides and then throw them in the oven to finish. The sauce came together in a snap. I just stirred together the ingredients.
I loved the blue cheese flavor with the steak and Pat assured me the steak by itself was delicious.
Blue Cheese Sauce

1.5 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1.5 tbsp low fat buttermilk
dash Worcestershire sauce
Mix the ingredients together.
